Walmart's size is both its greatest asset and its biggest liability. At the scale it operates, every decision gets scrutinized and every misstep gets amplified. The brand needed a way to reframe the conversation before it got defined for them. We flipped the script. Instead of defending scale, we celebrated it.
Bigger for Better paired shopper value with community impact, connected by a single bold ampersand. Pet adoption events in Walmart parking lots. Local causes tied to everyday purchases. The work made the argument that when Walmart delivers for its customers, it delivers for the world around them too.
The campaign won Walmart's Store Messaging Agency of Record over four other top shopper and retail agencies. In the client's own words, we had "absolutely nailed the brief of creating positivity in the store by building off Walmart's core offerings and strengths."
